Registering your payment information is vital for us to:

1. Validate your ​Keyconnect​ account

2. Grant you a ​90 Days Free Access Trial​ to your talent database

3. Allow you to use our features as your new ​Marketing Tools

The ​Keyconnect​ 90 Days Free Trial​ is a fantastic way to introduce yourself to your talents through stories (brand awareness, job ads, competitions, campaigns and much more), have unlimited access to your talent information & candidate databases, and conduct surveys, assessments & market research.

We will send a reminder to the primary email address connected to your Keyconnect account 7 days prior to the end of your free trial. You will have only 7 days left of unlimited access to all your databases. Unless cancelled, your free trial will automatically rollover to a ​monthly subscription of 299 sek/month. If you would like to change to a different payment method at the end of the trial period, please follow the instructions outlined in the following support story ​→ DECIDE​ ​which payment method is the better option for you.

For ​Keyconnect​, ​storytelling and ​a meaningful rewards program​ are fundamental ​to attract Top Talent. ​We believe that ​if you want to attract a quality candidate, you need to create quality content too. But we also understand that rewards and incentives have another important benefit that most companies don’t consider: ​they are a great recruiting tool!

By joining our platform, you have the opportunity to create:

Costs at Keyconnect are result-based​, as in you only invest in the right candidates that show interest in your company and the stories you create.​ ​The way you reward your talents is through keys​, which represent our internal currency at Keyconnect. Here’s how our ​Keys​ work:

1. 1 key is worth 16 sek (including possible social tax fees ​–​ without VAT), and you decide which Key Package​ works best for you.

2. For any ​Story​ you create, you choose the number of keys you would like to reward the candidate with, ​BUT you only pay the talents who successfully complete your stories!

3. The candidate can exchange all earned keys for products, gift cards or vouchers in our Keyconnect Shop​.

Top talent is often driven by curiosity, learning, and the need to constantly improve. ​Rewarding your future candidates with our keys will give them the option to reach your company’s Talent Pool much faster, while training future candidates before any real recruiting needs. Thanks to our referral system of sharing stories and inviting friends, ​these ​result-focused rewards​ will encourage others to take part as well, thus creating a link of interested talents.

Keyconnect​ offers two ​methods of payment​:

● Credit & debit card ● Invoice​: ​Electronic billing for the goods and services ordered. Invoices will be sent to the email address attached to your Keyconnect account.

Keyconnect​ offers two ​ways of payment​:

● Manual payment ● Automated payment​: Storing your credit card info that will simply act as a recurring charge on your account.

Our recommendation is to schedule your future payments automatically.

Automated payment​ eliminates the need to remember your monthly payments, and increases your control and visibility so discrepancies don’t go undetected. You get a 360° view of your bill pay process, which in turn makes your financial life much easier.

1. Go to​ ​Stories > ​PURCHASE KEYS​ > A​utomated payment

2. Under ​Automated payment​, click either​ T​ URN ON​ / ​TURN OFF​ button

3. A notification will pop-up accordingly ​You are now on/off automated payments​, then click OK

4. You will receive a receipt confirmation on your registered email address after every purchase

At ​Keyconnect​, we allow you to safely store credit card information for any future recurring payments. Our payment process is simple, fast and secure,​ providing a 3D security system to better assist you with your online payments.

To manage your payment method:

1. Click the ​Stories icon in the upper right corner of your homepage

2. Click the ​PURCHASE KEYS​ button at the top of your Stories page

3. Click ​UPDATE PAYMENT INFO​ button to insert your card details​ (you will not be charged before any active purchase)

4. Review and make applicable changes

5. Accept ​Terms & Conditions​ ​and click​ ​UPDATE

Please note!

● Once you have entered an email address associated with your service, only people with access to that email can make changes to your payment administration. ● Updating your method of payment in ​PAYMENT INFO​ won't change the payment method on any specific open purchases you'v​e made.
